The Hierarchy of Values in the US Constitution
Applied to homosexual practice

Our forefathers laid down a hierarchy of values for government to follow. In the Declaration of Independence, second paragraph, first sentence, we read,

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness [italics mine].

“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” are carried over into the US Constitution as “life, liberty, or property.” These three entities are listed in a hierarchy—in order of their importance.

Amendment V of the U S Constitution reads,

No person shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property [italics mine], without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

Amendment XIV of the US Constitution reads,

Section1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property [italics mine], without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

“Life,” “liberty” and “property” are listed in order of importance. If there is no life, i.e., the citizen is dead, there is no liberty or property. If there is no liberty, one’s property may be seized as well.

Homosexuals demand liberty while committing the moral equivalent of murder. When a homosexual entices a heterosexual, he is murdering that individual and possibly many others.

If a person uses a gun to kill someone, he shortens that person’s life. Likewise, when a homosexual entices a person to commit a homosexual act, he effectively shortens that individual’s life by almost half. The murder weapons are different—the effect is the same. These are the facts:

HIV was primarily spread in our society through male homosexuals. According to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 250,000 cases of AIDS were reported through September 1992. In cases reported through 1991, the CDC reports this is how people contracted HIV:

64% Practicing Male Homosexuals (6% injected drugs also)
23% Injecting Drug Users
6% Practicing Heterosexuals 
4% Undetermined
2% Blood, Blood Components or Tissue Recipients
1% Hemophiliacs and those with Coagulation Problems.

The average lifespan of a homosexual man who does not contract AIDS is 42 years versus the average lifespan of all men being 75 years! The average lifespan of a lesbian woman is 45 years versus the average lifespan of all women being 81 years! (Source of statistics: Family Research Institute as quoted by Dr. D. When a man deliberately shortens a boy’s or man’s life by 33 years, this act is the equivalent of murdering that person. When a lesbian shortens a girl’s or woman’s life by 36 years, this act is the equivalent of murdering that person. Then, the chain of crime continues: the victim then becomes the victimizer. Since male homosexuals are very promiscuous, the crime is multiplied many times over.

Compounded to this cruel act is the fact that sexual predators seek younger sex objects and the predator effectively becomes a pedophile—somewhere down the chain—even if the homosexual does not directly seduce a minor.

Compounded by this cruel act is another fact that a “pyramid scheme” is introduced. One seduces several persons, who seduce several others each and the effect can be exponential.

The suicide rate is higher among homosexuals. Disease is passed on among homosexuals at a higher rate than of married heterosexuals.
Homosexuals rationalize away their evil—at least on a conscious level. It is possible to rationalize away values on a conscious level and still hold those values on an unconscious level! Violation of one’s moral values on a conscious level produces guilt. Likewise, violation of one’s moral values on an unconscious level produces guilt. Guilt produces more than a “bad feeling.” Guilt produces both emotional and physical sickness. Guilt also produces anger and depression. This may be the reason for the higher suicide rate among homosexuals.

The US Constitution mandates federal and state governments to protect:

1 The Life of each U S citizen.
2 The Liberty of each U S citizen.
3 The Property of each U S citizen.

Homosexual practice is the moral equivalent of murder.

Therefore, government supporting or allowing homosexual practice violates the United States Constitution.
