President Ronald Reagan correctly rejected the "Law of the Sea Treaty" in 1982, but President Bill Clinton signed it in 1984, thus violating the United States Constitution:

Article. I

Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To Borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

Article. III

Section. 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Amendment. V.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

Amendment XIV.

[The Fourteenth Amendment was ratified July 9, 1868.]
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

1. Congress does not have the constitutional right to authorize foreign nations to tax us. It alone has the constitutional right to tax us. (See Article. I., Section. 8. above.) 

2. The "Law of the Sea" would hinder the US Navy from protecting us, therefore it violates Amendments V and XIV. The US Government has the constitutional imperative to protect the

Life.
Liberty.
Property.

of each US citizen. Notice the hierarchy of values. Life is most important, then Liberty and lastly, Property. 

Transferring our technology would provide aid and comfort to our sworn enemies in the UN. See (Article. III, Section. 3. above)

It would also be a threat to our life, liberty and property—for example, transferring technology to enemies who would have the enhanced capability to direct their missiles at us. (See Amendments V and XIV above.) 

3. The "Law of the Sea" would surrender our sovereignty to our enemies as well as our allies in the UN.

4. The "Law of the Sea" would surrender our right to drill for oil, retrieve salvage and mine natural resources in the deep sea.

5 . The "Law of the Sea" would create another UN court hostile to our citizens. For example, Switzerland passed judgment on President George W. Bush and Israeli Avi Lipkin unjustly. Our enemies would join such serious and foolish charges. President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton want to push this through the US Senate.

6. If the "Law of the Sea Treaty" were passed, it could be the final nail in the casket of the United States.

I am not going to see the United States destroyed without prayer and other legal means within my disposal. Please join me.
